OUR WOOD SIGNS
All of our signs are made from real wood! We embrace the natural beauty of the wood, such as knots, grain, small cracks, and holes. Hand making our product may cause variations between the picture and the received item, however we try our best to maintain quality and accuracy for each and every order. Your piece will be wonderfully unique!
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we made a mistake, we’ll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know and we can replace it for you. The quickest way to get a replacement for a damaged item is to reply to your order confirmation email or to send an email to email@example.com with the details of the damage and a picture. From there we will make sure you’re fully taken care of! All claims must be submitted and received by Creatively Southern within 14 business days from receipt of shipment. Each item we ship is carefully packed for shipping. We photograph all orders before shipping for our records.
While we do not offer returns on our wood signs or custom orders, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns or questions about a product you have received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For all other items, our return policy covers up to 14 days after delivery. If you’re not happy with your order, just contact us right away so we can make it right. We will either replace or reprint your item, or issue you account credit or a full refund.
Contact us for returns. We do not cover return shipping for normal, undamaged returns. We do not offer refunds for wood signs or custom orders.
Include the original packing slip or a note indicating the order number, items you’re returning, and note the reason for return.
Once we receive the product(s) in acceptable condition, we will process a refund you.
After the process is complete, you will be sent a refund confirmation e-mail and you can expect a refund to your original form of payment.
Exchanges can only be made for select items. As long as the item you want to exchange is the same price, an exchange can be made.
For items with different prices, send your product back as a return and place a new order for the desired product online.
Because inventory changes quickly, and items can take several business days to process through our returns, we can’t guarantee availability of desired exchange products. We recommend that you contact us and inquire about the availability of the product you want to receive in exchange.

Once we receive the item in acceptable condition, we will ship the color/style you specified in exchange.
Any refunds will go back to your original method of payment, and require a few business days before they reach your account.
Please Note: When shipping an item valued over $75 for returns or exchange, trackable shipping service and shipping insurance is recommended. Creatively Southern offers no insurance or shipping warranties on returned items shipped by customers.
Any item that is sold as a ‘Special Order’ or ‘Custom Order’ will incur a 25% restocking fee if returned, due to the specialized handling involved. Any remaining balance due will be issued as merchandise credit.
All downloadable products, custom orders, and wood signs are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
