Refunds: Because these are made to order, we do not offer refunds on our signs. However, we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order and will do our best to make it right!
Shipping: Each sign is carefully packed for shipping. If you require expedited order fulfillment or if you have an issue with a delivery, please contact us. Shipping damages (although rare) may require you, the customer, to begin a claims process. We photograph all orders before shipping for our records.
