Product Information: Our signs are handcrafted from quality wood in our home. Color variations, knots and slight imperfections in the wood are not uncommon and give each sign it’s own unique beauty and character. No two signs will ever be the same, so your sign will always be a one of a kind, original piece. When we receive your order, we purchase the best available wood and supplies for a high quality item.
Refunds: Because these are made to order, we do not offer refunds on our signs. However, we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order and will do our best to make it right!
Shipping: Each sign is carefully packed for shipping. If you require expedited order fulfillment or if you have an issue with a delivery, please contact us. Shipping damages (although rare) may require you, the customer, to begin a claims process. We photograph all orders before shipping for our records.

If there were more stars, I would give them! I had a custom 3D sign done from Creatively Southern for my mom’s birthday. It came out absolutely beautiful and well put together! Ellora and her team were so helpful throughout this whole process. She stayed in touch through email at every step of the process and even sent me photos of my sign before she shipped it to make sure it was how I wanted it. Shipping was quick and came earlier than scheduled. The prices are also so much more reasonable compared to other companies I researched online. I highly recommend this company.
