We ship orders directly from Knoxville, Tennessee to the 48, Contiguous United States and to Canada. Some items are eligible for international shipping at an additional cost, and will be noted in the product description. We may use any of the major shipping carriers at any time, and select the one with the most economical rate to keep costs low. Please note that transit times vary and could take up to 15 business days.
Local Tennessee sales are available for pick up. At check out, please select the pick up option. Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. Our goal is to ship every order within 1 -3 business days, with exception to items that are custom or made to order. Please see shipping time on specific products in our shop. Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or Holidays.
If you ordered more than one product, your order might come in more than one shipment. That is because we have a number of production facilities and different products are made at different facilities. We send your orders directly from the production facilities so that you can get them as soon as possible.
To provide you with the best value, we stock some items up front, and place weekly group orders for other items. This allows us to save on inventory and warehousing costs to pass more savings on to you. Creatively Southern is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery carrier.
If an item you have ordered changes to a back-order status, you will be notified via email. You will have the option to cancel the order or have the order held and shipped as soon as it becomes available.
We do offer free shipping on certain products, as well as promotional coupons occasionally for free shipping. Products that ship free will be noted in the product description.
Please allow up to 15 business days for regular orders to be processed prior to shipping. Custom orders may take up to 10 days to receive a proof design. Rush orders may be available upon request for a small additional charge.
We welcome custom orders! Please be as descriptive as possible and provide any and all details that contribute to the overall aesthetic of your design. We will email a design draft for your approval before making your product. Please allow a processing time of up to 10 business days for a design preview to be emailed to you.

If you have purchased products now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 7 days of the original date of shipment. We do not offer price adjustments on shipping or when a sale applies to an entire order. Price adjustments are only for specific products or a specific group of products that may go on sale.
