Many of our products allow for customization on the product screen. However, if you do not see the product you are wanting or need additional help with placing an order, you can contact us for help or complete our custom order form on our website.

Our turn around time is  5-10 business days but we try and get them out as soon as possible. Our personalized items can take 2-3 weeks. Shipping ground is typically 2-5 business days on top of production time. We do have an expedited shipping option.

Depending on our workload, personalized items may have a longer turn around time. If you need an item by a certain time, please let us know at time of order and we will try our best to accommodate your timeline! However, we cannot always guarantee this. We will post holiday deadlines on our website throughout the year.

For personalized orders under 1 week if you need this rushed, we may be able to with a rush fee depending on the time of year. December 5th-January 2nd, we typically cannot accommodate any rush ordering.

We recommend getting custom orders in for Christmas prior to December 1st.

Yes! Let us know that your order is a gift in the notes. We also allow you to choose an option for a gift note with your order at no additional charge.  We will wrap your order in brown Kraft paper and include a handwritten note with it! 

Prices are never present with our shipped orders.

Yes. However, Creatively Southern assumes no responsibility for determining trademark/logo ownership. All liability of this nature rests solely with the customer.

Yes, we do! While we do not recommend wood signs for outdoor use, some of our signs can be sealed and used outdoors in a covered setting (under covered porch, behind a screen door, etc.)

We do offer acrylic or commercial grade plastic for outdoor use signs.

Current processing time for custom orders is 3-4 weeks. If you need your items by a specific date, please order early. 

You will get an email once your order is being prepared for shipment. You will also get regular email updates to track your package once it is picked up. Our email tracking also offers the option of SMS updates to track your package. 

Every sign comes with a sawtooth or ring hanger attached to the back or has an overhang from the frame itself so hardware is not necessary. Smaller signs can hang with just a nail. For larger signs, we recommend using a screw drilled into a stud or wall anchor to hold the weight. 

We do not have set rates for shipping international. However, we can may be able to provide you a quote based on location. Please send us an email to inquire.

Because our items are handmade to order, it is very difficult to place a rush on a custom. For most items, we ask to to allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders to ship. If you are needing your item sooner, please contact us to talk about possible options. 

We currently have a shop inside The Southern Market in Knoxville, Tennessee. We also attend craft shows throughout the year and are happy to discuss a collaboration with other businesses! Orders can be placed online in our shop or through any of our social media channels as well as direct email to us.
