Halloween Party Ideas!

October 27, 2012 / 7

Hey there! I’m so excited to share with you all the ghoulish treats and games we had at our neighborhood Halloween party today!

The party was a great hit despite the cold and wet weather. Some homemade chili always helps a little, too!
Here comes the picture overload. Enjoy!!

Halloween Chili Fixin’s
Cheese for chili cut out with Halloween Cookie Cutters

Our drink table was made up of bottled water, mummy juice boxes, and hot apple cider.

Here is where I found the free Halloween Party printables for the bottle labels: http://pizzazzerie.com/holidays/download-free-halloween-printable-collection/

Mummy juice boxes are so easy to make with stick on googly eyes and white electrical tape.

For take home treats, we made Ghostly Marshmallow Cocoa and Pumpkin Poop!

Cheeseballs!
The treatbags and toppers for the pumpkin poop cheeseballs came from Hobby Lobby.
More ghoulish treats:

Hmm, this little guy looks left out!

Monster Pudding Cups

Vanilla pudding with green food coloring, topped with crushed oreos. Super yummy and fun!

Here are some of the games we had for the kiddos:

And a craft table so the kids could decorate their own treat bag!

My little one was particularly fond of the Monster Toss game.
We had a great time with all the neighborhood kids and friends today! It was a fun pre-Halloween party and now we are all geared up for the big night next week! What will our little Bree be dressing as??
The sweetest bumble bee I know! 🙂 This is her first year trick or treating!! And it will be pretty low key with just a few houses this go around.
And by the way, I’m so grateful for the 7 ladies that helped put this all together! What festivities are you planning for Halloween this weekend? Hope you enjoyed the photos from our spooktacular neighborhood party today!

You have a boatload of great Halloween ideas here! Maybe it was for the kids but I’ve got to try that pumpkin bowling. How fun!
