Hey there! If you’re new here, I’d love for you to take a look around and consider following me so you’ll never miss a post! 🙂 I hope you had a good weekend. The weather has really turned cold here but we braved the elements and enjoyed some Halloween festivities! Now, I’m already working on some fall decorations to put out for Thanksgiving. First one up is my new fall wreath.
I kinda feel like this is the 3rd or 4th fall wreath I’ve made this year, but who’s counting anyway? 🙂 I want to be sure that I have this ready to go up after all the candy has been handed out and the ghosts and goblins retire for the night. This was a very simple wreath that took me about 20 minutes to put together. Everything I used came from Joann’s except the grapevine wreath, which I already had.
The wreath picks were on sale for 60% last week so I hit the jackpot on these beauties. I was able to make this wreath for around $12! Cha-Ching!!
I love using wreath picks like this because they are so easy to just stick in and arrange however you want.
These are green acorns, small pears, and a few pumpkins and small gourds.
I added a few of my fall leaves that I used on my fall chandelier to give a little more color.
As you can see, my projects here are put through a strict quality control test that can “sniff” out any flaws in the design or workmanship. Also sniffs out any chance that these little pears are really edible!
And here we go! I just had to test it out on the front door for a few minutes. I’ll be ready to put this up on Thursday morning after all the Halloween clean up.
So how to you transition your decorations after Halloween? Do you put out Thanksgiving decorations? I have a few things just for Thanksgiving, but mostly I will resort back to some of my fall decorations that I had out here before All Hallow’s Eve. Thanks for stopping by!
