Your satisfaction is most important to us! If you don’t absolutely love it out of the box when you’ve ordered from us, no worries! You can return any item to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For instructions on how to do this, continue reading below.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we made a mistake, we’ll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know and we can replace it for you. The quickest way to get a replacement for a damaged item is to reply to your order confirmation email or to send an email to email@example.com with the details of the damage and a picture. From there we will make sure you’re fully taken care of! All claims must be submitted and received by Creatively Southern within 14 business days from receipt of shipment. No worries… shipping charges are on us for the replacement.
Our return policy covers up to 30 days after delivery. If you’ve decided you don’t like what you ordered after having it in your home a couple of weeks, no problem. Just place it back in the mail within 30 days of delivery date. As long as it’s postmarked within 30 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we’ll be able to take it back for a full refund back to your original payment method.
- Ship the product(s) to us at 9942 San Madre Drive, Knoxville, TN 37922 with Attention: Returns. We do not cover return shipping for normal, undamaged returns.
- Include the original packing slip or a note indicating the order number, items you’re returning, and note the reason for return.
- Once we receive the product(s) in acceptable condition, we will process a refund you.
- After the process is complete, you will be sent a refund confirmation e-mail and you can expect a refund to your original form of payment.
Exchanges can only be made for select items. If you ordered a product with multiple colors, you can send it in for an exchange. As long as the item you want to exchange is the same price, an exchange can be made.
For items with different prices, send your product back as a return and place a new order for the desired product online.
Because inventory changes quickly, and items can take several business days to process through our returns, we can’t guarantee availability of desired exchange products. We recommend that you contact us and inquire about the availability of the product you want to receive in exchange.
- After you’ve contacted us and confirmed that your exchange is in stock, ship the product(s) to us at 9942 San Madre Drive, Knoxville, TN 37922, Attn: Exchanges.
- Include the original packing slip (if possible) or a note indicating the product(s) you’re returning, and the product(s) you’d like to receive in exchange.
- Once we receive the item in acceptable condition, we will ship the color/style you specified in exchange.
- Any refunds will go back to your original method of payment, and require a few business days before they reach your account.
Please Note: When shipping an item valued over $75 for returns or exchange, trackable shipping service and shipping insurance is recommended. Creatively Southern offers no insurance or shipping warranties on returned items shipped by customers.
Any item that is sold as a ‘Special Order’ or ‘Custom Order’ will incur a 25% restocking fee if returned, due to the specialized handling involved. Any remaining balance due will be issued as merchandise credit.
