Standard Shipping Rates
We ship orders directly from Knoxville, Tennessee. Shipping within the 48, Contiguous United States is a table rate. Your shipping cost is based off the amount that you spend on each order. Please be sure to check shipping information in each item’s listing for estimated processing time. We may use any of the major shipping carriers at any time, and select the one with the most economical rate to keep costs low. Please note that transit times vary and could take up to 15 business days.
Shipping your items on time is very important to us. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials. However, in the event that one or more of your items require additional processing time, we will ship available items as soon as possible. As soon as your package is scanned, you will receive your tracking number via email to track the status of your package. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive it. Your order is fulfilled personally by us and will be handled with the highest level of care, personalization, and service we have to offer.
To provide you with the best value, we stock some items up front, and place weekly group orders for other items. This allows us to save on inventory and warehousing costs to pass more savings on to you. Creatively Southern is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery carrier.
If an item you have ordered changes to a backorder status, you will be notified via email. You will have the option to cancel the order or have the order held and shipped as soon as it becomes available.

If you have purchased products now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 7 days of the original date of shipment. We do not offer price adjustments on shipping or when a sale applies to an entire order. Price adjustments are only for specific products or a specific group of products that may go on sale.
