Hi friends! Today’s post is a little different from what you usually see here. There’s no DIY projects today, no crafty creations, or homemade recipes. Today is simply about me. Wow, does that feel weird! Not in a selfish kinda way is this about me. No, this is because I want to know more about YOU! Since I’ve been tweaking a few things on the blog, I’ve realized that there are several projects, how-to’s, and lots of holiday decorating, but not much under the surface of who I am and all my quirkiness. Let me tell you, there is plenty of quirky where I come from. (Some would probably call it dorky, but whatevs.)

My heart hurts so much for everyone involved; especially the innocent children who’s lives were much too short and the parents and families left behind.
